Sports Travel and Incentives – Product Manager

The Opportunity
Working with our Operations department in our Winnipeg, MB office the successful applicant will become an expert on Roadtrips’ client support and services.
Tasks will include:
- Act as a complete travel concierge including hotel reservations, ground transportation, information on local attractions and activities, and other information to ensure our travelers every need is met
- Resolve customer requests, questions and concerns
- Data entry, checking and validation
- Extensive customer support by phone, email, and mail
- Set up and maintain records, prepare reports and perform work processing assignments
- Managing inventory of travel support documents
- Ensuring travel documents are shipped accurately and on schedule

The Opportunity
The successful candidate will work directly with the Guest Services Manager to ensure that our customers receive a superior level of service and help for their travel requirements. They will also enjoy the benefits of working in the travel industry, including occasional company group travel and client hosting opportunities.

First year compensation will range from $25,000 to $28,000 plus performance bonuses.
This position is a term position from February to September 1, 2008. Upon completion of the term, Roadtrips
and the candidate will have an opportunity to consider an extension of the term or perhaps evolving into a fulltime
position. Compensation during the term will be $13.00 per hour.
