Sports Travel and Incentives – Sales, Marketing, & Reservations

Sales Position
Working with our Sales and Marketing department in our Winnipeg, MB office the successful applicant will become an expert on Roadtrips’ complete line-up of travel packages and incentive products and will handle inbound inquiries, make outbound calls to potential clients, provide trip information, qualify buyers, make reservations, close sales and provide account management services. Working primarily by phone and email this representative will provide service to:
- Individual travelers from all over the world who are interested in a sports vacation
- Corporations using our travel experiences for individual or group incentives
- Incentive and promotional companies and corporate marketing departments interested in using sports travel and experiential travel for marketing campaigns, contests and promotions
- Resellers of our travel packages
The representative will also work with the Marketing department to search out and identify new business opportunities and engage in various marketing tasks to discover, capture, educate, and sell to end user and reseller companies. A portion of their time and effort, primarily by phone and email, will also involve hunting for new business from corporate clients including Fortune 1000 companies and large sales and marketing organizations. This may involve:
- Creating marketing plans and fulfilling associated tasks
- Internet research
- Email capture
- Electronic Marketing
- Direct email campaigns
- Phone research
- List generation
- Mailing
- Cold Calling
- Manage and follow up leads
- Provide support for resellers
Successful and productive representatives also have the opportunity to provide tour and meeting support services on-site at major sporting events and travel programs throughout North America and around the world.

This position offers a base salary, commission and bonuses with exciting upside income potential. Of course, actual compensation will largely be based on performance but for reference the members of our sales staff achieved total gross income between $45K - $70K in the first 12 months.
